Most people come to real estate already overwhelmed. They've spent weeks on Zillow, talked to three people with strong opinions, and still aren't sure what's actually true. By the time they reach out to an agent, they don't need more information - they need someone who can make sense of the information they already have.
I'm a Phoenix-area real estate agent with Realty One Group, based in Goodyear, Arizona. I'm an Army veteran and an Arizona State University graduate. I relocated to the Valley from Chicago about fifteen years ago - which means I understand both sides of a move. The questions you don't know to ask, the parts of Phoenix that don't make it into the brochure, and what it actually takes to settle into a place and call it home.
My job isn't to push you toward a decision. It's to make sure you understand the decision you're making before you make it - what you're getting, what you're giving up, what the risks actually are, and what I'd do if it were my own money on the line.
Every client I work with knows what's happening at every step, understands why each decision matters, and hears from me before they have to ask. Real estate has a habit of creating urgency where there isn't any, simplifying things that deserve more explanation, and disappearing once the paperwork is signed. That's not how I operate.
I also hold an insurance producer license in Arizona and Illinois - for clients who want one person who understands the full picture of what they're buying and how to protect it.
If you're buying or selling in the Phoenix Metro and you want someone who's going to be straight with you, explain the trade-offs, and stay involved through the whole process - that's what I'm here for.
